How to get your lender to say "yes" to your house short sale

Here's what you need to know to get out from under your foreclosure

If you provide a good package to your mortgage lender you are much more likely to get your short sale approved and then be able to move. You won't have a foreclosure on your record and you can even buy a new home (more about that.)

And do you know what? It takes about two days for someone to get this all together. Two days working a few hours per day. It really isn't difficult.

What you have to gain is this: if you prepare the package properly, you will be out from under. Now you can possibly buy another house without qualifying, and with no money down. You can still be a homeowner, have lower payments, and be in a terrific situation (one you won't believe after what you've been through.)
